Corporate Event Production In Las Vegas: Awards and Glam Night

Production Plus has enjoyed working with a large, successful insurance company, helping them to produce live, corporate event production in Las Vegas . We had about six months to plan for this awesome awards dinner with live entertainment, designing the stage, scenic elements and audio visual services for 232 associates.

This design brought the glitz and glam of classic Las Vegas to life for our client’s black-tie awards dinner, complete with an entertaining show held at the Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas. Our talented team delivered a unique, illuminated stage with scenic elements which paid homage to the classic Vegas of the ’50s and ’60s.

Scenic Construction in Las Vegas

Our construction included a curved stage design thrust with LED-lit wrap around each step unit, with custom scenic elements internally illuminated with LED lights. With a classy gold illumination, the stage colors changed to shades of blue or red to go along with the carefree, classic tunes. Illuminated giant stars overhead in the backdrop surrounded by a starry night was just the right way to honor the talented late members of the one and only “Rat Pack” while reminding every associate that they are superstars themselves.

Audio Visual Solutions Live in Vegas

Our custom-built projection screens surrounded the stage with a classy gold hue and brightly lit stars to perfectly match the décor. The audio was amazing as everyone enjoyed the serenading of the smooth voices from talented impersonators of Sammy Davis Jr. and Dean Martin. Our skilled team excels with seamlessly incorporating all event elements together for one dazzling night to remember. All scenic elements, stage design, and audio visual services perfectly complemented the space.

As always, we are here for our clients prior, during and after with post-event services including all rental equipment returns, clean up and budget review. This stellar night to remember in Las Vegas was delivered on budget to our customer’s total satisfaction.
