ProductionPlus has been absolutely wonderful to work with over the past several NextGen User Group Meetings. Carl Purvee partners with us to make sure we continue to wow the audience in our General Session Production for over 3,000 plus attendees. For our breakout sessions, he ensures we have the best equipment for each meeting room in accordance to the set and size. NextGen Healthcare
Production Plus produces annual corporate events for NextGen Healthcare with full audio-visual services along with complete event staging and design. We designed and constructed large illuminated displays to ensure the entire audience could easily see and hear the presentation.
NextGen Healthcare is a returning client for 8 consecutive years and running. We first partnered with NextGen to create all scenic construction requirements for this event, and after the first 4 shows we were asked to also provide full audio visual production. With Production Plus managing the entire event, NextGen was able to reduce their vendor base with our value-added services.
These events are large general sessions with approximately 45 breakout rooms hosting 3500 people. Past shows were held in Las Vegas with Nashville hosting the 2018 Session. Production Plus coordinates everything including delivery of 10 semi tractor trailers with on staff drivers and freight management companies. We managed the ordering, delivery, set-up, tear down and return of any required rental materials with quick turn-around in nearly six weeks lead time.
